Ingredients

  1. 1/2tuber of yam
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  4. 2big tomatoes
  5. 1/2ball onion
  6. 2stock cube
  7. Salt
  8. Curry powder
  9. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel yam, wash and cook.

  2. 2

    Whisk egg drop boiled yam into the egg rub it round the yam and fry in a preheated oil do same for all.

  3. 3

    Serve in a clean plate.

  4. 4

    Stir fry onion and tomatoes add stock cube and salt. Pour the remaining egg and fry.
