Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbrown rice (about 200 grams)
  2. 1green bell pepper
  3. 1/2cucumber
  4. 1avocado
  5. Olive oil
  6. 1small piece of onion
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the brown rice with the piece of onion and the garlic clove.

    Finely chop the green bell pepper and cucumber.

    Mix the bell pepper, cucumber, olive oil, salt, and pepper together.
