3/4 cupwhole wheat flour
1/4bread flour
1 tbspbaking powder
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1 tspsea salt
2eggs
2 tbspraw honey or more to glaze top
1 cupbuttermilk
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupfresh or frozen corn
1/3 cupslightly cooked onion

Preheat oven to 400. Heat cast iron for 5 minutes. Pour mix and bake for 20-25 minutes.
