Mix butter and sugar in a bowl with a beater untill a smooth paste

Add fresh cream, vanilla essence and whisk well

In it add red colour and milk and whisk well

Now sift together wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in this only and whisk well for a smooth batter consistency and yes don't over whisk it

Now grease the micro safe vessel with butter and sprinkle wheat flour

Pre.heat micro on high for a minute

Pour the batter in the greased pan and bake for 5 minutes on high

Remove and let it cool first and than unmould it

Red velvet cake is ready!!

For icing: take all ingredients and best with electric beater in one direction only in speed let it cool in refrigerator till use or use immediately

Cut the cake into 3 parts very thin slices

Put 1st part than brush sugar syrup and add the cream on it evenly

Put 2nd part on it again brush sugar syrup and add cream evenly

Keep the last part and brush sugar syrup on it and spread cream evenly on top and also cover the sides

Want some decor add colour in cream take icing bag choose nozzel and do decor.

Yummy cake is ready with icing.
