Steps

Take oats flour in a bowl...add salt carom seeds in it....add water to make a thick batter.

Take a pan...grease with oil....pour 3tsp of batter in it...spread evenly...cover for a minute...it leaves the sides...flip it over...cook from other side also.. pancake is ready

For filling:Take pan pour 1tsp of oil...add 1chopped onion...saute for a minute..add salt turmeric powder..stir....add diced paneer in it...mix filling evenly.

Take a pancake...stuff ur filling in it....turn it in semicircle... stuffed pancake is ready

Take pan and pour sprouts in it add salt and 1/2cup of water in it...cover for 5 minutes

Transfer steamed sprouts in a bowl..add chopped tomatoes cucumber and bell pepper in it....mix them evenly...add lemon juice in it
