Mash boiled potatoes add bread crumbs, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix it evenly, take a wok put oil then jeera, heeng, ginger, green chillies add grinded chana daal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and coriander leaves, stir until it is golden in colour, cool it, take mashed potatoes and make it flat and round in your palm and fill the center with fried chana daal, cover properly from all the sides and give it a shape of cutlet, fry.
