Steps

In a bowl, add chicken piece, salt, kaju paste, raw mango paste, ginger garlic paste, black pepper and oil.

Mix it well and marinate for about 1hour.

Heat a pan, add boiled mango pulp, salt, sugar, red chilli, turmeric. Stir it constantly for about 2-3minutes, making a thick sauce.

Soak the toothpick for at least 30 mins in water to prevent them from burning.

The chicken pieces are put into the toothpick one by one piece.

Heat nonstick pan, add oil and butter.

Put the chicken pieces on the pan and fry until golden.

Take a serving plate.. Spread the mango sauce. Put chicken tikka on it and garnish with sauce.

Serve hot.
