Ingredients

  • 1x bulk nutrients mug cake - choc cherry works best
  • 10x sugar free marshmallows; sliced
  • 23 gbox jols forest berry sugar free lollies, cut in half
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 cupwhole or quick oats
  • 1/2 cupshredded coconut
  • 1/3 cupcashews or peanuts chopped
  • 70 gdark choc melts
  • 2 tspcoconut oil
  • 2 tspmaple syrup, honey or rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsppeanut butter
  • 2 tbspWater or milk as needed; about

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Stir to combine.

  2. 2

    Melt the chocolate, peanut butter and oil together over high her in a double boiler.

  3. 3

    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the mix. Stir well. Add 1-2tsp water/water at a time if the mix is dry.

    Roll into balls. Roll through coconut

  5. 5

    Store in a airtight container in the fridge
