Ingredients

  1. 250 gflour
  2. 10 gyeast
  3. 5 gsugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. Warm water
  6. 3 tbsoil
  7. 200 gminced meat
  8. 6garlic cloves
  9. 1onion
  10. 1 bunchcoriander
  11. 100 gcheese
  12. 1beef cube
  13. 2table spoons of tomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the minced meat to the pan fry till the moisture is done

  2. 2

    Add beef cube, garlic and onion

  3. 3

    Top up with coriander and tomato paste then cool

  4. 4

    Roll out your pizza dough into a full circle

  5. 5

    Top up your minced meat on half circle

  6. 6

    Top up with cheese and fold one half over the other

  7. 7

    Brush with egg wash and bake till golden brown
