One -Pot Lamb Liver, Onions and Potatoes
A quick and easy recipe, high in Iron content if you are feeling tired!
Steps

Slice onions and put in a large pot. Add cooking oil and fry, stirring, until golden.

While Onions are browning, cut Liver into fork- sized pieces and add to pot when onions are golden, and stir well.

Cut washed, but not peeled, potatoes into mini cubes about 0.5 cm, but not smaller or they will mush. Add to pot with the water and stir well

Crumble in the stock cube, add the Garlic and then Black Pepper to taste. Stir well.

Cook for about 10 - 15 minutes, until potatoes are cooked, by which time the meat should be tender. Enjoy!! If you try it, remember to take a photo to share on Cook Pad!!
