Another egg omelet variation.Very basic. Adds more ingredients that you think might excite your pallette

Butter your bread slices and toast them in a toaster or hot pan

Beat your eggs and season them with some salt and pepper

Pour some of the egg to create a thin omelet layer and let one side cook on low heat

Place your toasted bread on the egg

Flip it over and let the other side cook for a few minutes.

You can choose to make a big omelet that will cover the entire bread or just cover one side. The size of your pan is a great determinant

Serve with some spiced masala tea
