This is my favourite food specially for evening snack.
Steps

Soak the cheakpeas overnight

Boil the cheakpeas in a pressure cooker adding salt, turmeric powder, chopped onion and garlic

Heat a pan add oil and temper the dry red chilli whole jeera bay leaf and whole garam masala
- 4
Add chopped onion,saute adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
- 6
Add jeera dhaniya powder and red chilli Powder and mix well
- 7
Now pour the Boiled cheakpeas and combine well
- 8
Garnish it with sweet tamarind chutney and serve
