Rice dumplings in coconut milk

Take a heavy bottom pan.heat the milk by adding pinch of salt.stirr it by adding rice flour in it.keep stirring so that lumps did not form.keep it on medium flame.

Keep stirring continously by adding ghee in it.

While stirring off the flame when it gets thickened and turns into a dough.

Now transfer it to the bowl and add 2 tspn sesame oil..

Make it to a soft dough. Keep it covered so that it may not get dry.

Now for balls.grease yur palm make tiny balls of the dough.

Now take a heavy bottom pan and heat the thin Coconut milk.

When it starts boiling, add half of the balls in it.

When the balls starts floating then add rest of the balls in it.

Stirr continously so that it may not get burnt from the bottom.

When the Coconut milk gets thickened add 1 1/2 tblspn of jaggery in it.

Let it boil and stirr it continously.

Now add thick Coconut Milk and stirr it.

Now off the flame.

It's ready to serve.
