Ingredients

  1. 500 gramspaneer
  2. 3Onions chopped
  3. 1whole garlic chopped
  4. 1" ginger 2 pieces
  5. 2tomatoes chopped
  6. 1 tablespoonpoppy seeds dry roasted
  7. 1 handfulkaju roasted
  8. 1/4 cupkishmish
  9. 1 teaspoonkashmiri mirch
  10. 2-3slitted green chillies
  11. 1 teaspoonshahi garam masala powder
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil and ghee
  14. As neededwarm milk

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer into cubes and soak into warm milk

  2. 2

    Now add oil in a pan,heat and add chopped onion saute adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add ginger and cloves of garlic saute well

  4. 4

    Finally add tomato saute well

  5. 5

    Remove it from the pan and let it cool down

  6. 6

    Make a smooth paste of it along with poppy seeds nuts and raisins

  7. 7

    Heat ghee in a pan add the paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  8. 8

    Add paneer cubes mix well with soft hand,add kashmir mirch powder

  9. 9

    Add milk and sugar,allow it to boil

  10. 10

    Finally add garam masala powder and slitted green chillies

  11. 11

    Steve it with pullav or paratha
