Ingredients

7-8 servings
  1. 300 gmchena
  2. 2 tablespooncemolina
  3. 2 tablespoonall purpose flour
  4. 1/2 ltrmilk
  5. 300 gramskhoya
  6. To tastesugar
  7. As neededoil
  8. As neededsugar syrup
  9. 1 teaspoonfennel seed and cardamom Powder

  1. 1

    At first knead the chena well adding cemolina,all purpose flour, 1/2 cup khoya,a pinch of baking soda

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in a deep pan,take small portion of the mix,form small balls and deep fry,dip into the sugar syrup

  3. 3

    Now boil the milk and add sugar

  4. 4

    Add khoya and stir well the milk

  5. 5

    As it gets thick remove from flame

  6. 6

    Add the fried balls in it and sprinkle fennel seeds and green cardamom Powder

  7. 7

    Serve it cool
