At first knead the chena well adding cemolina,all purpose flour, 1/2 cup khoya,a pinch of baking soda

Now heat oil in a deep pan,take small portion of the mix,form small balls and deep fry,dip into the sugar syrup

Now boil the milk and add sugar

Add khoya and stir well the milk
- 5
As it gets thick remove from flame
- 6
Add the fried balls in it and sprinkle fennel seeds and green cardamom Powder
- 7
Serve it cool
