Ingredients

approximately 1 1/4 hours
  1. For the tzatziki sauce:
  2. 1large english cucumber, peeled, quarted lengthwise and seeded
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupgreek yogurt
  5. 1/2 cupsour cream
  6. 1 tbspdried dill
  7. 1 tbsplime juice
  8. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  9. 6 tbspFRONT STREET HEAT
  10. For the dip:
  11. 2roma tomatoes, diced
  12. 1/2 cuppurple onion, diced
  13. 1/4 cupred pepper, diced
  14. 4 ozfeta cheese, crumbled

Steps

approximately 1 1/4 hours
  1. 1

    In a colander, sprinkle cucumber with 1/2 tsp. of salt and allow to sit for 30 minutes, turning several times. Pat cucumbers dry with paper towel and finely dice.

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients for tzatziki sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a 9x9 baking dish, spread tzatziki as first layer. As second layer, top tzatziki with tomatoes, onions and peppers. Top with feta cheese as final layer.

  4. 4

    Serve with tortilla chips.
