Ingredients

  1. 200 gm paneer
  2. 1/2 Coconut
  3. 5-6 Green Chilli
  4. 1 tspBlack Peppe
  5. 1 tspGaram Masala Powder
  6. 1 tbspCoriander Powder
  7. 3/4 tbspWhite Oil
  8. 1tbsp Fresh Cream
  9. 2 tbspCashew Nuts
  10. 2 tbspMelon seeds
  11. 1 tspFenugreek Leaves
  12. Salt & Sugar as per your taste
  13. 1 cup Onion Slice
  14. 1 tspGinger & Garlic Paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Paneer in cubes.

  2. 2

    Take lukewarm water add pinch of salt in that & deeped the paneer for 3/4 mins.

  3. 3

    Take Cashew Nuts, green chilli, melon seeds& cocoon put in under mixer & prepare a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Take a kadai, add white oil, wait till the oil became temper, then add sliced onion & pinch of salt.

  5. 5

    Fry onion till it become transparent. Then add ginger & Garlic paste & cook for 2mins.

  6. 6

    Next add coriendar & black pepper powder mix it well.

  7. 7

    Then add the coconut paste mix well, then add salt & Sugar as per your taste cook it for 2mins.

  8. 8

    Then add wateras per requirement & cook it for about 5mins.

  9. 9

    Once the gravy is ready add paneer cubes & cook it for 3/4 mins more.

  10. 10

    Add green chopped chilli & Fenugreek Leaves mix it well.

  11. 11

    Add fresh cream & Garam Masala powder cook it for 1min. Then switch off the gas.

  12. 12

    Serve it ith Roti, Paratha & Naan.
