Collect all the ingredients,put the flour in bowl,plus all the dry ingredients, fold in the butter, untill is mixed well, pour in water as you knead,make sure the dough is soft,cover it with clig film for 30 min,roll it out on large surface, apply oil on top,cut into small layers and fold each, heat the pan,let be hot put one rolled chapati, apply oil let it cook one side, turn their side doing the same, repeat the process till you finish all the chapatis, serve with your preferred stew
