Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmasoor dal
  2. 1/2 cupmoong dal
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1onion
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. Pinchhing
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 4-5curry leaves
  13. To tastesalt
  14. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and wash both dals.

  2. 2

    Add in a pressure cooker take 1-2 whistles.keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add chopped onion and green chilli.saute it.

    Now add ginger garlic paste,tomato and spices and saute for 5-6 minutes.

    Now add boiled dal and mix well.

    Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve with rice/roti.
