Steps

Wash the pomo with iron sponge.put in a pot add water,salt,stock cubes and onion.cut the onion in big chunks.

Boil for 30minutes.make sure the water drys up or pour it out.blend the fresh pepper and pour inside the pomo and continue boiling.but remember to remove the onion chunks.

Fry the boiled fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes for 3minutes add the pomo.

Slice the onion,green pepper,carrots, add the onion first and stir.after 10minutes pour in the green pepper and carrots.

Add stock cubes,salt and curry after 5minutes is ready.
