Cassava Purée with Parmesan and Paprika

Steps

Peel and cut the cassava. Steam it until cooked.

Once cooked, mash it with a fork (I prefer this as it leaves some small chunks, it's not uniform) along with the garlic, milk, half of the Parmesan, butter, and spices.

Place in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Bake until golden brown.
