Take the raw jack fruit that's been cut in to pieces. Wash them.

Take a wok add in the oil, put in cumin seeds and the asafoetida once the oil is warm.

After the cumin crackle add in the cut jackfruit pieces and stir in well, then add in the ginger paste and onion paste.And all the masalas. Let the jackfruit keep cooking in the masalas. Add in water for the jack fruit to really cook well.

Now take the flour and knead them in to small ball and make roti out of it. Put the ball in between the polythene sheets and roll them in to rounds and put them on tawa to cook.

Check on the jackfruit check if cooked. Once cooked serve with kuttu rotis hot.
