1 tablespoonwhole-grain mustard
1 cupmayonnaise
1/2 cupsour cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoonsred vinegar
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
1/2 headgreen cabbage, shredded
1green apple, grated
1/2 headred cabbage, shredded
1green onion, finely chopped
2carrots, grated
Salt and pepper

In a bowl (the one you will serve it in), mix the mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar.

Add all the vegetables and the apple, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour.

Serve with your favorite dish!
