Ingredients

3 servings
  • 4mango
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1 cupdry fruits chopped
  • 2 tbspRoohafja sharbat
  • For Ice cream
  • 1 litermilk
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspGms powder
  • 1 pinchCmc powder
  • 1/4 tspcornflour
  • Few drops vanilla essance
  • 2 tspfresh cream

Steps

    First take cool milk

    Add gms powder and cmc powder and cornflour

  3. 3

    Boil it stir continually

  4. 4

    When boil keep a side for cool

  5. 5

    Take a air tight container put milk in it

    Freeze it for 7 to 8 hour

    Now take out side

    Beat it

  9. 9

    Add fresh cream

  10. 10

    Beat till quantity is double

  11. 11

    Then freeze it for 8 hour

    Ready to vanilla ice cream

    Peel and cut the mango

    Take a mixer pot put cutting mango

  15. 15

    Grind it

  16. 16

    Add milk make smooth pyuri

  17. 17

    Now take a glass put mango pyuri

  18. 18

    Than put ice cream on it

    Spread dry fruits

  20. 20

    Spread sharbat on it

  21. 21

    Enjoy the summer with mango mastani
