Ingredients

250 gmpaneer
4tomato
2 tspginger garlic paste
1/2 cupmalai or cream
1/4 tspsugar
50 gmbutter
As neededoil
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
to tasteTurmeric powder

Steps

Put butter and oil into pan, add onion and tomato sauce well.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add all spices.

Grind the saute mixer and then again add into pan.

Add cream, malai and sugar, mix well.

Garnish with butter and grated paneer.

Serve with nan or roti.
