Ingredients

  1. 3left over chapatis
  2. 1carrot scraped and grated
  3. Finely chopped each of the following
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. 1onion
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  8. 2 clovesgarlic finely chopped or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  9. 1 tspeach chat masala,red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala p
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 1boiled,peeled and grated potato
  12. 1/2 cupboied green peas or frozen peas
  13. 2 tbspgrated cheese(optional)
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 3 tbspmaida,1/2 tsp each salt and red chilli powder+ water
  16. Sufficient oil to deep fry
  17. 1 cupbread crumb

Steps

  1. 1

    Make slurry with adding maida water salt and chilli powder, keep aside

  2. 2

    Break the chapatis in pieces and grind to a powder

  3. 3

    In a large bowl take all things except slurry, bread crumb and oil,combine all very well

  4. 4

    In a kadai heat enough oil in medium heat

  5. 5

    Make rolls from the mixture, dip in maida slurry

  6. 6

    Coat with bread crumb and fry in hot oil till golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve with any chutney or sauce
