Rinse the bulgur, then add 1 1/2 cups water (about 360 ml) and cook over heat until the bulgur is tender and warmed through.

Mash the potato into the bulgur and mix well.

Add the spices, red pepper paste, tomato paste, and some of the grated onion. Sauté the remaining onion in olive oil until soft, then add it to the kibbeh mixture. Mix everything together and serve. Enjoy!
