Cut paneer into cubes and sallow fry in vegetable oil and keep aside

Add butter into oil and let it hot. Then add dry red chilli, elaichi and cumin seeds

Then add onion slices and fry for 1minute

Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute for30seconds

Then add tomato puree,kaju paste, chilli paste.

Add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder and garam masala powder and cook for3 to4minutes

Add curd and cook for 2minutes

Add sugar and then water and let it boil for 3 minutes and then add paneer

Then add half of fresh cream

After2minutes put off the burner

Decorate with left fresh cream and coriander leaves.
