Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 gmTapioca
  2. 200 gmChicken
  3. 1 tablespoonTurmeric Powder
  4. 1tablespoonn Red Chilli Powder
  5. 1 tablespoonGaram Masala Powder
  6. 1 teaspoonCoriander Powder
  7. 1 teaspoonPepper Powder
  8. As neededOil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2-3 tsginger garlic paste
  11. 2Onion
  12. 2Green Chillies
  13. as neededCurry leaves
  14. 2 tspFor Seasoning - finely chopped shallots
  15. 1 tspMustard seeds
  16. 2-3 Red chilli pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut tapioca (250gm) into small pieces & cook it with turmeric powder & water till it becomes soft. Drain the water completely and Keep it aside.

    Clean chicken (200gm, cut into small pieces), marinate it with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper powder & salt. Keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add 2 sliced onions & saute it well. Add ginger garlic paste, 2 green chillies, curry leaves & saute well. Add the marinated chicken & cook till soft. Or pressure-cook it (3 whistles).

  4. 4

    Heat a pan and add cooked chicken & tapioca. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes

    Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves, finely chopped shallots (3to 4) & red chilli pieces in oil. Add this to the tapioca mix & mix well. Serve it hot & enjoy.
