Steps

Add 1 1/2 cup of water to a container, make a high flame and bring the water to a boiling point. Now add peas and corn. Add salt and maggie masala (or) haldi and garam Masala as per it taste.

I added haldi and garam Masala so that oats will be colourfull and tasty as well.

Now add plain oats and make a medium flame. Add jeera from the top.
