If you are too health conscious and still wanted to have something tasty tangy snack then this CURD BREAD PAKODA is the best option for you to have with your hot cuppa😊without any guilt...you can make it in a ziffy with just handful of ingredients.
Steps
- 1
Firstly cut each of the bread slices into 4 pieces..now dip each piece into curd put them onto plate and refridgerate them for 10 minutes..
- 2
Meanwhile the bread pieces get soaked in the curd...we can prepare it's outer coating.
- 3
Take a mixing bowl into it add besan curd all dry spices including salt jeera and ajwain mix all appropriately and make a medium thick paste...preheat the airfryer on 180 degrees for 2 minutes.
- 4
Take out the plate of curd bread pieces from the fridge..now coat each piece with curd besan mix..put the pieces in the batches in airfryer by placing it on the pieces of foiling paper..airfry them for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot with your favourite dip😊
- 5
To avoid sticking of the bread pieces to the foiling paper you can slightly brush the oil on the foiling paper pieces..
- 6
You can even avoid using foil paper & directly put the bread pieces on to airfryer basket by slightly brushing of oil on the surface of airfryer basket..but this way may be little messy.
