as neededCooking oil
2 teaspoonSpices of your choice including rosemary
1Onions
1 teaspoonSoy sauce
to tasteSalt

Put oil in a bowl

Mix in the spices, salt and soy sauce
3

Meanwhile peel ths potatoes and steam to soften then
4

Dip the steamed potatoes in the bowl containing the spices
5

Arrange them on an oven tray. Sprinkle rosemary spice on top
6

Bake until crispy
7

Serve hot with chicken like i did
