1fennel root thin sliced
Arugula 1 small bunch
1 tbssesame
1 tbsraw rinse quinoa
1/8 cupcrushed almonds
1 tbsRomano cheese
to tasteSalt
to tastePepper
For the vinaigrette
1/4 cupolive oil
Pinchsalt and pepper
Pinchoregano
4 tbslemon

For the vinaigrette just ad all ingredients in a Tupperware and shake till it gets a bit thick

In a big bowl combine all ingredients and toss than add the vinaigrette toss a bit more and done.
