Ingredients

  • 1 bowlroasted vermicelli
  • 1onio
  • 1potato
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a heavy bottom wok add carom seeds and chopped onion and saute it

  2. 2

    Peel and cut the potato

  3. 3

    Add spices and roasted vermicelli and enough water

  4. 4

    Cover and cook till absorve the water

  5. 5

    And soft the varmicelli

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and serve hot
