Mix the pkt in 250 ml water

2tbs oil and make a smooth batter

Grease iddli stand and pour batter in the iddli moulds

Steam it till done

After little cool take out all iddli dokhala. Cut into pieces or as it is

Now make a tadka with mustard seeds curry leaves green, red chilli and mix coconut grated
- 7
Pour on the dokla and enjoy with coconut chutney
