100 gmsflour
100 gmsugar
100 gmlitchies
50 gmbutter
1/2 tsp baking powder

Steps

Deseed the litchies and blend into smooth puree.

Mix together all ingredients into smooth cake batter.

Grease the muffin moulds with butter and pour in batter into each

Top up with your favourite garnishingsand bake for 5 minutes in moderate mode in A micro oven.

Keep for another five minutes thereafter. Take out and cool in room temperature.

Carefully unmould and serve.
