Soak peanut in water for

Chop onion,cucumber,raw mango,green chilli, coriander leaves,mint leaves into small pieces.

Grate the carrot.

Pressure cook the soaked peanuts for 5 whistles

Drain excess water and add it to the chopped vegetables and grated carrot

Sprinkle black salt and chat masala and mix well together

If you want to have it extra spicy you can add a pinch of red chilli powder
