Ingredients

  • 200 gmsDry peanuts
  • 1Cucumber
  • 1carrot
  • 1 smallRaw mango
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1Onion
  • as needed Coriander leaves few
  • as neededMint leaves few
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak peanut in water for
    6-8 hours

  2. 2

    Chop onion,cucumber,raw mango,green chilli, coriander leaves,mint leaves into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Grate the carrot.

  4. 4

    Pressure cook the soaked peanuts for 5 whistles

  5. 5

    Drain excess water and add it to the chopped vegetables and grated carrot

  6. 6

    Sprinkle black salt and chat masala and mix well together

  7. 7

    If you want to have it extra spicy you can add a pinch of red chilli powder
