In a grinder grind chicken, Salt, Ginger, garlic, coconut and coriander leaves.

Make a fine paste and refrigerate for 1 hour.

1 hour later take some portion of the mixture on your palm, flatten it and put square cut cheese piece in it, and give roll shape. Keep aside for 1 hour again.

Break an egg,mix corn flour, maida, black pepper and salt and little water to make light batter.

Dip prepared rolls in egg batter,and fry them in hot oil till crisp and golden colour.

Serve hot with ketchup.
