Ingredients

1 cupFinely sliced Onion
1/2 cupGram flour (besan)
to tasteSalt
1 tspChopped green chilli
3 tspChopped green coriander
1/4 tspCumin seeds
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
Mustard oil for frying

Steps

Take sliced onion in bowl, sprinkle salt on it.leave it this mix for 1/2hour.

Add all the left ingredients in onion mix. Mix well.

Heat oil in wok or kadhai.when oil is warm probably put bhaiya mix with the help of fork or son.

Fry till it turns golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.
