1 cuproasted moong daal
1 cupgourd sliced
1 cuppumpkin cubed
1 tspnigella seeds
1dry red chilli
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil temper nigella seeds and dry chilli

Add gourd and pumpkin stir well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add roasted moong daal and saute
4

Add water and allow it to boil
5

Add sugar and boi
6

Serve it with plain rice and papad
