1 bowlRing shape onion -
1 bowlGram flour / besan -
1/4 bowlRice flour -
to tasteSalt -
1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
as needed Oil - for frying

Wash and chop onion in a ring shape.

Dip in the salt water for half an hour.

Take a bowl combine gram flour,rice flour,salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.

Add some water and make a thick batter

Heat oil in a pan.

Dip the onion rings into the batter.

Coat them well.

Fry them golden and crispy.

Drain in paper napkin.
10

Serve hot with tea.
