2 servings

4-5Kokum peels
3 cupWater
4-5Garlic cloves
1/2 cupJaggery syrup
1 tspSalt
1 cupOnion chopped
1 cupCarrots peeled and chopped
1 stringCurry leaves
1 pinchAsafoetida
2 tspCoconut oil

10 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, curry leaves.

Fry garlic cloves till golden brown.

Add chopped onion, fry till tender.

Add carrot and Cocum peels.
5

Add sufficient water, salt and jaggery.

Bring it to boil finely, turn off the flame and serve.
