Chicken, Mushroom, and Avocado Sincronizadas

In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the mushrooms and thinly sliced garlic until golden. Season with salt.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Meanwhile, cut the avocado into small pieces.

Once the mushrooms are golden, remove them from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the chicken thighs, seasoning them when you flip them over.

Take out the flour tortillas. Place the first tortilla on a surface and top with a handful of shredded cheese, some of the mushrooms, and pieces of avocado.

Repeat with another tortilla.

When the chicken is cooked, cut it into strips and place them on the tortillas.

Top each tortilla with another handful of Emmental cheese and cover with a second tortilla to make a sandwich.

Bake for about five minutes, watching carefully so they don't burn.

Cut in half or into quarters. Enjoy!
