Mango Rice Pudding

Take full cream milk. Put it to boil.

As the milk boils stir it. Then reduce the flame add soaked rice. Stir at intervals and cook on low medium flame.

Once milk and rice are of same consistency add some cashews almonds and pistachios. Stir at intervals and cook for 4 to 5 more minutes.

When pudding is dense in consistency add sugar to it. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Cook the pudding on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Let the pudding cool the add mango pulp to it and mix well.

Garnish with mango pieces, cashews, almonds, pistachios, tutti frutti, cherries and coloured vermicilli.

Yummy Mango Rice Pudding is ready to be served.
