Ingredients

  • 1 ltrfull cream milk
  • 1 cupripe mango pulp
  • 1/2 cupripe mango finely chopped
  • 1/4 cuprice grain soaked
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 tspgreen cardamom powder
  • 8-10cashew nuts chopped
  • 8-10almonds chopped
  • 8-10pistachios chopped
  • Tutti frutti cherries and coloured vermicilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Take full cream milk. Put it to boil.

  2. 2

    As the milk boils stir it. Then reduce the flame add soaked rice. Stir at intervals and cook on low medium flame.

  3. 3

    Once milk and rice are of same consistency add some cashews almonds and pistachios. Stir at intervals and cook for 4 to 5 more minutes.

  4. 4

    When pudding is dense in consistency add sugar to it. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Cook the pudding on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.

  5. 5

    Let the pudding cool the add mango pulp to it and mix well.

  6. 6

    Garnish with mango pieces, cashews, almonds, pistachios, tutti frutti, cherries and coloured vermicilli.

  7. 7

    Yummy Mango Rice Pudding is ready to be served.
