Mango mastani is rich and satisfying as a dessert. you will be blown away with the simplicity and ease with which it's made as well with it's rich intense mango flavor. mastani is a dessert drink which originated in pune and is very popular. basically mastani is a thick milk shake with ice cream.

Recipe for icecream

Firstly take 1 cup of cold.milk add cornflour milk powder G.M.S powder and stablizere

Mix it well and keep aside.
Now take a heavy bottom pan and boil 1/2 litre milk.. - 5
When it comes to boiling lower the flame and let it boil for 5 mins.

Now add the cornflour milk mix it well.see that there are no lumps.boil it for few mins or till you get a bit thick consistency.
Off the flame and let it cool. - 7
Now add the vanilla essence and freeze it for 3_4 hours

After 3_4 hours remove the icecream and keep out for 5_6 mins. Let it become little soft.

Now with the knife cut into pieces and whisk it well till your mixture becomes nice soft fluffy and double the quantity

Pour the mixture in a air tight container and again freeze for 7_8 hours or till it is well set.

Take 2 mangoes peel and cut it i to small pieces.put in a juicer jar and blend it till you get a paste

Now add a glass full of milk and again blend it nicely for 3_4 mins.

Put some mango pieces dry fruit..now put the mango shake. - 16
Put a scoop of vanilla icecream..again put some mango pieces and dry fruits. Serve chilled..
