  • 250 gflour
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 130 mlwater
  • 10 gsalt
  • 30 gGenovese sauce
  • 50 gsalmon
  • toppings as you like (this time, tomato and mushroom)

Steps

    Mix flour, olive oil, water and salt together with hands and make a dough.

    Flatten the dough and put genovese sauce on top.

    Put the toppings on top. Put it in the oven at 300℃ for 12 minutes.
