Wash and soak chanadal for 30min.

Heat 1tbsp oil in cooker add hing,cumin seeds in it

Add ginger garlic paste and saute

Add finely chopped onion cook to light brown colour

Add chopped lauki,green chilli in it cook for 2-3min.

Add chana dal in it along with salt turmeric powder and garam masala cook for 2min.More

Add tomatoes mix well till oil saperates

Add 1cup water in it close lid of cooker and cook for 3-4whistles

Let cooker cools down and release it's pressure completly then open lid of cooker mix dal with ladle

In a tadka pan heat oil add dry red chillies,turn off the flame add red chilli powder

Pour this tadka over dal and garnish with Coriander leaves..Ready
