Steps

Heat oil and add chopped beans fry adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover till it become soft

Add sugar and mix well

Remove from heat

Now add salt sugar and turmeric powder into the brinjal slices and fry

Keep it aside and fry the remaining vegetables following the same process

Serve with steaming hot rice or khichdi
