Ingredients

1 cupegg
1 cupsugar
1 cupbutter
1 cupflour
3/4 cupFinely chopped apple
2 teaspoonApple essence
3 teaspoonBaking powder laveled

Steps

1

Mix well Butter and Powdered sugar until fluffy. Add egg one by one. Sieve flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Add essence and apple. Bake at 165 for 40min.

For topping in a pan cook diced apple with butter and honey. Spread on the cake and enjoy.
