Steps

Method:
1. Wash quinoa and pressure cook it with water for three whistles.
2. Heat the ghee and add heeng, cumin, rye, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste.
3. Add onions and cook till translucent.
4. Add tomatoes, sprouted moong or peanuts and spices.
5. Now mix the boiled quinoa with this.
6. Tum off the gas.
7. Add lemon juice and serve warm.
